What Is Cancellation Policy?

We accept order cancellation only if the order has not been packed yet. Please WhatsApp 7020045927 or email us at kawtukjewellery@gmail.com for any cancellations.

If the Order is Dispatched customer needs to pay Forward & Return Charges of 120 Rs. for cancellation.

  • If the Product Is Not Available Full Refund will be processed within 2 working Days .

When Can I Return my Order?

Currently, we do not have a return policy, Return/ Exchange is Available Only For Defective Damage, Or Wrong Products Only. Exchange / Return Not available on a like or dislike basis.

  • For Any Size Issues in Bangles, Mangalsutra Exchanges are Available, For Exchange Customers Need to Pay an Extra Cost of 150 Rs. Retun Pick up & Delivery will be done from our side. Customer Need to return products in their original packaging, our team members will guide you through all processes.
  • Exchange Time - 10-15 Working Days
  • Exchange / Return is not available for customized products.

  • Rejecting Parcel, Not Receiving Delivery Person Phone, Deny OTP / ID Verification, Providing Incorrect Pincode / Contact No. / Address Considered as Cancellation.
  • The final and binding decision for whether the product is eligible for a refund/exchange, on a case-by-case basis, lies with Kawtuk Jewellery only.

Received Defective /damaged/wrong product

Please Make Parcel Opening Video From start to end, any defect or wrong products mention in the video. return exchange for defective products is not available without a parcel opening video. video must be without any pause & cut. The video starts by showing the parcel on all sides.

  • we will replace the same product if any damages occur during Shipping.
  • For any damage or wrong product need to inform us within 24 hours.

Refund Process

Refund will be initiated within 2 days of acknowledgment of an issue. It will be processed to the original payment source except for COD. In the case of COD, our team will contact you for your bank account details in which the amount will be credited.

Upon completing a Transaction, you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable agreement with us to purchase the product and/or service. After this point the User may cancel the Transaction unless it has been specifically provided for on the Platform. In which case, the cancellation will be subject to the terms mentioned on the Platform. We shall retain the discretion in approving any cancellation requests and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.
Once you have received the product and/or service, the only event where you can request for a replacement or a return and a refund is if the product and/or service does not match the description as mentioned on the Platform. Any request for refund must be submitted within three days from the date of the Transaction or such number of days prescribed on the Platform, which shall in no event be less than three days. A User may submit a claim for a refund for a purchase made, by raising a ticket here or contacting us on seller+e520179ce40f4d20bd2ec00619bbb4f7@instamojo.com and providing a clear and specific reason for the refund request, including the exact terms that have been violated, along with any proof, if required. Whether a refund will be provided will be determined by us, and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.
